Join us for an all inclusive aerial silks experience. Stay at a beautiful house under the red rocks and join us for outdoor silks classes, yoga, pool time, crafts and more. We will take you to 2 of our permitted arches for a sunset photo shoot on Saturday and a sunrise photo shoot on Sunday.

About the event
Join us for an immersive and transformative 3-day retreat that promises to be a unique blend of creativity, physical movement, and personal growth.
We will be staying at the stunning LionsBack Retreat directly under the red rocks of the Sand Flats recreation area. At the house, we will offer aerial silks classes to learn new sequences and learn more about body mapping and mental preparation. You will also be able to attend yoga, learn flow toys, learn fire safety for fire spinning, learn how to rappel, work on making your own flow toy, enjoy the amenities of LionsBack, work on silks in preparation for the arches excursions.
All levels welcome, however the outdoor events do have exposure and may feel scary to new aerialists. We are able to provide a crash pad for each location whenever needed.

Cirque workshop + Retreat

Add Abbie Rooney's Cirque workshop on Thursday to the retreat! Includes the workshop fee and housing at LionsBack Resort. Abbie will be spending the day teaching straps, trapeze, and other apparatuses and then we will shoot at Picture Frame Arch using our new skills from the workshop. Abbie will be at the photo shoot for coaching and cues as well.

Add Monday to the retreat, stay an extra day and come skydiving on Monday morning with us! We will leave LionsBack Resort early Monday morning and head to Skydive Moab to do a tandem skydive over Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The skydive, skydiving video and housing for Sunday night at LionsBack Resort is covered in this fee
